4 Navel oranges
2 yellow onions
2 Napa cabbages
4 Empire apples
1 giant leek2 bok choy
1 head green leaf lettuce
1 bunch collard greens
1 bunch kale
1 bunch broccoli
Katie, have you found anything inspiring to do with all of the Napa and Savoy cabbage that's been coming in the delivery lately? I can't stand any more slaw... ;-) Happy holidays!
ReplyDeleteSo funny- one of Kenny's co-workers who also gets the box asked him what we are doing with the cabbage today! To be honest- we hadn't really thought of a game plan, but now I think we are doing tacos or a taco salad (or both... lord knows we have enough for both!)
