cabbage slaw

Cabbage slaw:
1/2 head napa cabbage
1 bulb fennel
2 apples
1 can garbanzo beans

Chop the cabbage, fennel and apple into bite sized pieces. Combine in a bowl and dump a can of garbanzo beans on top.

Lemon honey vinaigrette:
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp canola oil
1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 Tbsp honey
1 tsp red pepper flakes

Shake everything together in a jar. Dress yer salad. Eat yer salad.
