arugula pesto

1 bunch arugula
1 bunch basil
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup parmesan
1/4 cup pine nuts
2 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
3 roasted red peppers
1 Tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste

Combine all ingredients in a food processor, blend until smooth. That's it.

Serve with pasta, as a dip, or on bruschetta.
