babaganoush


Next on the list of eggplant foods for Katie to try to make was babaganoush. This one didn't come out so good. Anyone got any babaganoush tips?

  1. I made baba ghanouj from my csa eggplant. I think it turned out nicely. I tweaked the quantities until I got the taste I wanted. Maybe cook your eggplants longer/til softer? My blog post below.
