The new crock pot is getting some good use already.
1 head napa cabbage- roughly chopped
4 cloves of sliced garlic
1 can diced tomatoes
1 cup vegetable broth
1 package white wave seitan- roughly chopped
2 Tbsp 2x tomato paste
1 Tbsp harissa
1 Tbsp smoked paprika
salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in your slow cooker, stir together and cook on high for 1 hour, then low for 2 and a half.
